Your right to withdraw — 14 days
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you indicate, take possession of the goods.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends — an e-mail to [email protected] is enough. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your statement before the deadline expires.
Sending the items back

Parcels sent to any other address do not reach us. You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. We advise to choose delivery with the tracking number, as we can not take responsibility for lost packages.
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging. You are liable only for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery (if you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund the cheapest standard one), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you send us proof that you have sent them back to us — whichever comes first. We refund using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
For returns sent from outside the EU, any customs charges we have to pay on the returned parcel are deducted from the refund.
When withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not cover pieces made to your individual specification or clearly personalised — for us that means bespoke commissions and rings made in a size outside our standard range.
Everything else in our offer can be returned under the rules above, including items bought at a discount or during a sale.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your items. If you’ve chosen the wrong size, don’t hesitate to contact us. Items returned must be in their original sale condition. Send the item back at your own expense to the address above; once you send us confirmation of the shipping, we send the new item to you. We do not accept exchanges of custom sizes.
An exchange is a courtesy on top of your statutory rights — it does not replace or limit them.
If something is wrong with your order
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, write to [email protected]. Every piece is made by hand in our studio and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract last two years from delivery and are not affected by anything on this page.
